Fund Documentation Copies - Daily Service

Our Daily Service is a premium service that offers real time administration of your SMSF by taking over many of the administrative functions for the Trustee. To enable Supercorp to efficiently and effectively provide this service and update your SMSF data, so that you can see your funds current position on our website, we require that all documentation is addressed to our office.

This documentation includes, but is not limited to, asset buys and sells, purchase contracts, dividend notices, rent payments etc.

As a result of Supercorp being the mailing address, you may not receive copies of this documentation, however all SMSF mail that is directed to Supercorp is automatically sorted and scanned into our electronic storage facility and the original documentation is archived offsite for security purposes.

These documents are required to prepare the end of year accounts and evidence the transactions with the auditor and provide to the ATO in case of audit activity for your fund.

As the Trustee of your SMSF you may wish to also receive copies of the documentation we have received. Therefore at your request we will provide you a CD with copies of all the documents provided for audit review.
